Please take notice:

This is a leave-no-trace event! That includes the cabins.

We STRONGLY encourage pack-it-in/pack-it-out practices for the duration of the event. Plan to keep packaging to a minimum, reducing the potential for more trash. Please bring additional trash bags and plan to help the community keep our space clean! Anything that might stray from your camp area, like cups and gear, should be marked with your name so it can be tracked back to you. Clean as you go, realizing that any trash or MOOP (Matter Out Of Place) can blow away and get lost at any moment. Keep recyclables clearly separated for easy disposal. Trash & recyclables (no need to sort your glass, plastic & paper) dumpsters will be available on site.

Do not put trash in or around the porta potties.

Merchandise vending will be available throughout your stay. Ramblewood meals plans can also be purchased on site.

No large amplified sound systems allowed at the event. Sound for Theme Camps and/or installations/environments is permitted provided that it is not loud and does not bleed into the surrounding areas.

Guests should be aware that there are bees, wasps, poison ivy, and spiders at the location.

BYO Everything! Cabin Rentals and meal plans are available for advanced purchase for your convenience and are recommended. There will be food, beverage and merchandise vending onsite.  There will be drinking water available on site.  Bring whatever you need for the weekend.  Please, if you have a choice, bring aluminum cans instead of glass bottles!

This is an 18+ event. Children under 8 years of age are allowed with free admission and must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times during the event.

Images, film, or video obtained at the event may NOT be used without prior written permission from The Philadelphia Experiment. This excludes images, film, or video used for personal purposes.
